Living-in By Romy's return policy
1. Return period:
If you want to return an item (s) purchased on www.living-in.nl, you have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to do this. If you have chosen the option: pick up in the store and you want to return an item (s), you have 14 days from the moment the order was ready for you.
2. Return costs:
Costs incurred during the return of the item (s) are for the customer. With the exception of defective and / or incorrectly delivered products. If this is the case, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Return process:
There are two options to return your purchased items. In both cases, first download the return form, fill it in and add it to the return shipment:
1. By post:
Return the package to the return address. You can find the return address at the bottom of the return form. You can cut it off and paste or overwrite it. We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the returned item (s), therefore we recommend that you return your goods by registered mail. 2. Return to our store:
You can return your order in our store at Gerard Doustraat 72HS, Amsterdam. You just need to bring the items you want to return along with the completed return form. If you can't go to the store yourself, someone else can do it for you.
The refund will be made via the same payment method that you used for your purchase. If more than 14 days have passed and you have not yet received the amount back, please contact us at email@example.com
